Don't take it literally, maybe they embody knowledge or qualities you need to take into yourself, but then again, sometimes as we sift through the events of the day, we can blow off steam just dreaming a whole bunch of nonsense as well, I don't think this one really amounts to much of anything really, so don't dwell on it....

My best guess, and you have to consider that I don't know who you are and I'm no expert, is that you feel a strange pull toward authority figures while attempting to remain in control of your own life. Dating two is that control that you would like to have, while the teacher would represent authority (Both in age and status)
The again, they both could have given you a pile of homework or had an interesting class period with them. Mix in a possible dating conflict, the dream would make just as much sense.

Dating with someone much older than you could symbolize there is a need to be protected.
In other words, the dating in this case does not mean about any affection or passion. It probably symbolizes things you need. In your case, you may need some respect, recognition. And only older people can give you that and that is why you are dreaming about that.

or find them attractive.
Dreams arent always literal so you can interpet it in many ways ^^
