Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste is a standard ingredient used extensively in Asian restaurants.
Hillside Orchard Farms Habiñero Hot Sauce has heat but it also has a lot of flava!
Tabasco is a little milder but who likes to put vinegar all over their foods? many others don't even have the heat, right?
Hillside Orchard is the bomb but not a nuclear bomb!

I love Louisiana Hot Sauce. It's hot, but doesn't have that "bite" that Tabasco has, it's better. If I can't find that, then Frank's is my second choice.

Tabasco sauce is my all-time fave. I also like Nando's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce, you can get them in differentt degrees of hotness (their mild sauce already has the heat of Tabasco).

Tobasco hot sauce is always a good one in my opinion.
