if you're tall, you're tall. You can be 5'2" and overweight, but that doesn't make you any taller than a person who is 5'4" and slim.

Weight has nothing to do with height.

I don't think that holds any truth. At six feet tall, I'm six inches taller than my sister-in-law. Last summer, as a result of a very low fat, whole foods diet, walking and yoga, I was very skinny and down to 145-150. At one point last summer, my SIL said she was about 170. At 5'6" and 170, I think it's fair to say that my SIL is not at a healthy weight. However, at six feet 145-150, I was not at a healthy weight, as I was underweight and had very protruding bones. At six feet170, I was at a
healthy weight. Even if iI "just" go down to 180 (I'm up to 205 in ninth month) after my baby's birth, I'll be good, especially since I'll be breastfeeding. A couple of weeks ago, my SIL said that she was at 167 and lost a few pounds. The day I found out I was pregnant, I weighed about 170 and looked healthy. Well, I was, but I didn't look very skinny as I did in the summer.

Anyway, I don't think that height means somebody is overweight.

No it has nothing to do with weight how tall you are it all has to do with your genetic structure but if you are extremely overweight such as 400+ LBS (sounds impossible right, No) you will appear taller because ofr the fact that your torso is basically sittting on your stomach

im not sure where you heard this, but it does sound funny.

from my experience being out in the world, people who are overwight tend to be poor. most people who are short look fatter also,

tall people are allowed to weigh more ,because they are taller..

but yeah, im still puzzled as to why people with only a little but of money choose to spend it on food..

Your height is a factor in being over or underweight.
You can find your BMI (body mass index) by entering your height and weight into the BMI calculator.

Height has nothing to do with being overweight. If you are tall that does not predispose one to being heavier, vs. if one is shorter.
