No, for ghosthunters and psychics are clueless to reality.

More than likely not. Who-knowing what went on there-would willing go there? Yes, the psychics MIGHT be able to help some tortured souls move on to the next life. But Good God that's too many people. Who would pay for the years and years of therapy these psychics and ghostbusters would need?

I don't think that is a good Idea.

As a medium, I have no desire to investigate a place like Auschwitz. No doubt there will be thrill seakers who would want to, perhaps they already do, I don't know if they allow it, but I can't understand why anyone would want to.

There won't be any spirits left, they would have long gone, but the energy of what happend will still remain, as a psychic there is no way I would want to open myself to that kind of energy.

We know what went on there through many eye witness accounts, so I don't see any reason to having mediums investigating the place.

Edit: Suzie S, Spirits do not get "stuck", and there is no need for rescue work. A mediums job is to spread comfort, not scare people in thinking that their loved one maybe in some kind of limbo. I run a Spiritualist Church, I sit for trance and physical along with many highly regarded mediums some of whom are Stansted and SAGB tutors. I have asked this question many times directly to spirit through various different trance mediums and have always been told the same thing; rescue work is not necessary.

So many times I have had grieving people come to my church scared that their loved ones may somehow be lost because they have heard of so-called lost souls. I wish some mediums would appreciate the damage they do when they advocate rescue work and the need for it, when the complete opposite is true.

I have sat in circle at the beginning of my mediumship development where the circle leader was one for rescue work. All I found were people feeding off each other and being caught up in the emotion. You have to be level headed, why would the Spirit World allow their loved ones to become lost like this? They wouldn't would they? When you think about it they are in far more better position to help anyone who has just passed. The person's guide at the very least would not let this happen.

On occasion some people choose to stay nearer the Earth plane, for whatever reason, but that is their choice, they know they are dead so-to-speak and they are certainly not lost. Often these kind of spirits are what rescue workers pick up on.

This is something I feel very strongly about, I know what damage it can do, especially to people that have just lost someone who has passed in tragic circumstances. So please, when you speak about rescue work and spirits getting "stuck", think about the people that may hear or read these comments, people that may have recently lost loved ones, and think what those words might do in their time of grief.

Mediums are here to spread joy and comfort, not pain and uncertainties.

If positivity is what the psychics are seeking, and they can sincerely help, then go for it. Remember that you can not tell them anything or they will feed it back to you. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace and God Bless.

No, those people died in an horrific manner, we all know how it happened we dont need ghosthunters etc to benefit from those terrible experiences, I should hope that those responsible are haunted all their lives.

They're free to visit whatever historical place they choose, as Auschwitz is open to the public.

But that still makes them charlatans taking advantage of a human tragedy. I don't think that they should, but of course they will.

No distinction between that and a p.c.. & play...perhaps softer components interior the latter! i individually savor clutter boxes and "fertilizer" piles for my infants....Little hazard for bumps and bruises...and not something a speedy tub does not restore! in basic terms kidding of path.... My eldest does thoroughly savor the old school chair carry on the firehouse!

Why shouldn't they be?

And FYI all psychics are not fakes or frauds.

I SHOULD KNOW.

I lost family members at Auschwitz and other places in Poland, my family was ruined there. If I want to go and visit Auschvitz, I will do just that.

IF a person "really" was a ghost hunter or psychic....not a fake TV one...but a real one...with all that happened there I do not think a real one would go to Auschwitz....

No one would want to feel/see all that pain....

the fake ones will go and put on a cheesy show...

Anyone (within reason) should be able to do what they want even if some people don't like it. It should be a free world which is what so many people died for in the Great War.

I would imagine that the Jewish ghosts went back to Israel or home anyway.Once a spirit is free why would it want to hang around a prison? That's like saying all ghosts have to stay near their dead bodies. I personally wouldn't mind if these investigators did anyway. It's not like they're desecrating holy land.
