I do not need to take Folic Acid because I eat alot of dairy products.

I'm sure you're not the only person...but I can't imagine that's very healthy.

I personally get about 8 servings of veggies a day.

Be careful, too much dairy will block your digestive track up.

I eat very little veggies. I like green peppers, carrots and onions. I'll eat corn if we're at someone elses house and the cook it for dinner.

But that's about it. I just don't like the taste of any of them.

You really should eat fruit or veggies. Milk is not a good source of folic acid.

I eat very little veg. I like onions, peppers etc, but hardly anything else. However, I love fruit - so I probably get a fairly well balanced diet, and I always get 5 a-day.
