The Catalina Canyon ( http://www.resideo.com/23732823.hotel ) and Glenmore Plaza ( http://www.resideo.com/65052640.hotel ) are two of your best choices -- check the links for more info, pics & online booking.

Hope that helps...good luck, and have fun!

Glenmore Plaza is a dump!!! Noisy section of town and thin walls; can't believe anyone would give that as an answer.

The only real answer for the best hotel in Catalina is the Inn on Mt. Ada. (http://www.innonmtada.com/)

This place is the historic Wrigley Mansion, redone as a bed and breakfast. Very very expensive and rooms usually booked up months in advance, but no place even comes close to it if you are looking for the top place. The Windsor Room I believe is the most desired room there, although the Grand Suite is pretty sweet as well because of the balcony. Did Presidents Calvin Coolige, Warren Harding and the Prince of Wales ever stay at the Glenmore Plaza? Doubt it.
