The Declaration of Independence spoke of "inalienable" rights. This means that governments nor rulers (nor even the people) do not bestow rights upon a person. Rather, they exist by nature. Some of the Constitutional drafters were actually opposed to a Bill of Rights fearing the exact attitude that you are displaying. By including certain rights in the Federal government's guiding document, they feared that people would construe the meaning to be that the Federal government granted those rights.
When we believe that government can grant rights, we also admit that it can revoke them. We should be careful in this regard. Every person should have a right to due process and to be treated with dignity. That's not to say that we don't deport illegal aliens - especially those convicted of criminal acts. But let's not talk about them not having rights.

The Declaration of Independence speaks of inalienable rights endowed by our Creator. That means they apply to everyone regardless of nationality, immigration status or anything else. They merely have to be alive and human.
The US has a very poor history of abiding by that concept though. Just ask the Native people of North America. Or slaves. Or women for most of the history of the country.
Everyone in the US, at least in theory, has the right to free speech, freedom of religion, freedom to assemble, protection against random or unjustified search and seizure, the right to a fair trial, and equal protection under the law. That applies to citizens, legal immigrants, illegal immigrants, visitors, refugees, and everyone else.
There are also international conventions and treaties that govern how foreign citizens are treated in other countries that reinforce many of those rights.
And many illegal immigrants do get deported when they get in trouble with the law, even if they are found not guilty of the original criminal charge. If they don't have papers they are often immediately handed over to immigration authorities.

Illegal Aliens do not get all of our constitutional rights. That is a myth. If the hired help (judges and politicians) would do their job then every illegal that broke a law would be deported.

Yeah, why even have a trial? Why not just ship anyone out if they are deemed an illegal alien. Of course, that would allow the government the ability to arrest anyone, deem them to be an illegal alien, and ship them off, without giving them the ability to prove their citizenship. But our forefathers didn't want us to have that right.

The first sentence in the constitution states, " We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union". that means in order to form a more perfect union today, we must accept these good people

You can thank liberals for that. Sometimes they do get shipped back, which is pretty stupid. They come here to break a law and then get a free plane ticket home.

They don't.
Illegal Aliens have very limited "rights" in this country.
Any "rights" they have come under *criminal statutes.*

Why in the world did your ancestors come to a continent which was "already" inhabited by indians?. why didn't your ancstor just stayed in Europe?. You wouldnt have to complain against immigrants if your ancestors had stayed there.
