For me there are 3 very important attractive features (as you say) from women ;
a) Hair (good stylized hair is always attractive in every environment, work, life, lunch, everywhere a good hair is always attractive).
b) Eyes (some say eyes are the mirror of our souls, I think that is the second must important feature to consider in a woman).
c) Body (not just boobs, come on!... the body as whole feature... good structured body, is always attractive)...

To be honest its her BRAIN. I like a girl/woman to be independent, to have interests in life, to be fun, to be involved with life, to be interesting, to have a sense of humor, to enjoy doing things and yes that usually means she is physically active so she has a good body but at the root of it all is a good brain with a mind of her own.

Her arms. Flabby arms tell me she's lazy and cares nothing about appearences. Skinny arms tells me she eats well, but sits on her bum all day. Somewhat muscular arms are what I need. Someone who looks like they do things. They don't shove cakes down their throat all day and she actually gets up and does things. Tells me she outgoing and fun to be with. You can learn alot about a woman's arm!

As far as a body part, I'd say the thighs.
