Yes its true. Its actually the problem. Initially they had this Gold standard and the bretton wood system that failed. The they adopted what is called as fixed rate regime which again failed. Things were pretty bad at the time of world wars 1 and 2. Now finally they have adopted the floating rate regime.

No they go more for the bling or sparkly stuff. The god that bought our planetary system was a bit of a pauper so had to settle for ours with a yellow dwarf sun that only has four billion years running time left.

It's my understanding that this does happen. I think it's an outrage. But even the Bible god and Satan do this sort of thing from time to time. I get very demoralized when I think about it.
I do know that God and Satan made a wager, when God gave all earth souls free-will; but I don't know all the details.

You are in the realm of sci-fi, which for years I was a strong reader. If I remember there was a book written in the 40's, not a very good book. To me one God is enough.

that is assuming that there is a god....and there is a thing called soul....and that there is more than one universe....hmmmm...looks like there are just too many assumptions....there must be at least one assumption that is wrong...so the answer is no.
