You need a thorough medical evaluation by a neurologist for such problems. I don't think any of us lay people here can help you.

Do you have vertigo too? Everything spinning around? If so, it's an inner ear problem and there are drugs to damp it down.
Other causes can be more serious, such as multiple sclerosis or cerebellar ataxia. You need to see a doctor, this can't be diagnosed over the internet.

Consult ENT specialist. Cervical spondylosis is also suspected.
Cervical spondylosis is degenerative changes in the intervertebral disk and annulus and formation of bony osteophytes, which narrow the cervical canal or neural foramina, causing radiculopathy and sometimes myelopathy.
Please see the web pages for more details on Dizziness (balance disorder) and Cervical spondylosis.

This sounds like an inner ear problem to me, or something neurological, you need to get this checked right away.

Depends on the cause. Do you know what's causing them?
