Does anyone know of a book or resource that discusses the parenting and discipline of children according to the 4 classic temperaments? (Medieval scholars classified personalities as Sanguine, Choleric, Phlegmatic and Melancholic and each has its own particular spiritual strengths and weaknesses.)

LOL, Father, knowing your child's personality helps in disciplining them more wisely and sensitively. That's all I'm talking about.

Mary Immaculate Queen Center publishes a periodical called The Reign of Mary. In the Winter 1998 issue there is an article called "Successfull Parenting: The Four Temperaments." You can purchase a copy of this issue for $1.50 at:

I'm sure there are probably other articles on the Web if you were to Google the terms "The Four Temperaments" along with "parenting" and "children" and "discipline."

I gathered from this article that Rudolf Steiner has written on the subject:

Good luck, hope this narrows down your search a bit!
