The extra sodium in the junk food might have caused water retention (if you weighed yourself at the same time of day, biorhythms can be eliminated as a factor). Another reason could be that you are nearing your monthly menstruation? Women do retain more water near the period because of the hormonal changes.
Try low sodium / high potassium diets to lose water. Bananas and oranges are good choice.

Nobody would notice the 2Ib weight gain, don't worry about it!
You will probably go down back to 86Ib soon, if you lay off the junk food for a few days. My weight is always fluctuating a few pounds depending on what I have eaten, it's nothing to worry about and it depends on many things, like when you last ate, and when you last went to the toilet, etc!

It's obvious that u have a serious problem that is beyond just "an eating disorder", you need professional help. It takes one to know one, and I suffered from bulimia, and benjing for years. It's time to chill out on worrying about two pounds. You're weighing yourself too often in the first place. You don't seriously believe anyone could tell whether you lost or gain two measly pounds, do you? My goodness, 86lbs. or 88lbs. isn't alot of weight. I suggest you talk to someone professional, please, check this out realistically

It would be possible, but extremely hard...
1 pound is equal to 3,500 calories. so you would have had to have eaten 7,000 calories OVER the normal amount your body needs.
Stick to heathier foods, and drink a lot of water and you'll be back to your normal weight.
No one will notice because you really haven't gain any fat or anything.

This definitely happens with 2 atributes of eating that maximum folk ought to consistently observe of-sugar and salt intakes or end result consisting of banana's.

Yes it is possible, it is normal for most people, you should just drink organic green tea, chew on celery stick, maybe a salad for the next few day and you should be fine. Make sure you chew your food up to almost a liquid.
