when a guy gets his first girlfriend, and his girlfriend has already had boyfriends is it the guy or the girl who has to make first move in that situation?

There are no rules. Although guys think they like an aggressive girl, where we don't have to do all the work, when it happens....
But why waste time waiting, all guys take forever to call. If you see signs he is interested in you, be confident, yet casual and make a move. But do not make 2 or 3 attempts if he doesn't respond.

Its always the guy who has to make the first move but in this day and age, I've seen a girl make the first move.

I'm old fashioned I guess but I still think that for it to work long term it should be the guy. In the case of extream shyness, give it a go!
