First, that's not a very good quality food. Some cats' systems are more sensitive than others and will react more adversely to certain ingredients.
I recommend switching both cats to a good canned food.

Flatulence, or passing gas, can be very offensive and embarrassing to cat owners. While in most cases, gas is a natural part of the digestion process, in some cases it can be a sign of a health problem. You may wish to start by checking with your veterinarian to determine if your kitten is in overall good health.
If your kitten is in good health, there are several practical things you may wish to try to reduce gas production. Avoid sudden and frequent changes in diet, which may cause your kitten to experience gas. If you do change your kitten's diet, make certain that you do so gradually over seven to ten days in order to avoid intestinal upset. Also avoid inappropriate supplements, such as table foods or milk, as both of these may also cause excessive gas production.
Kittens may also swallow an excessive amount of air while eating or drinking, which may play a role in gas production. If this is the case, try spreading the food out over a larger surface area, which will slow down your kitten's eating. If your kitten is competing with other cats for food, try feeding each cat from a different food bowls to avoid competition. If your kitten has a tendency to overeat, consuming too much food at one time will give the food extra time to ferment in the kitten's stomach and may cause gas. If this is the case, try feeding small portions, several times per day to control the amount of food your kitten is able to eat at any one time.
I hope this information will be helpful for you.

My kitten was gasy when I first got her too. I think it was nerves. She out grew it. Otherwise, as the vet if there is anything you can give her.

You should really have the kittens on a food formulated for them. It will be easier on his digestion and he'll be getting the nutrients a growing cat needs.
