I did not have, but a very close relative had and even after all treatments he could not be saved. The general causes and symptoms of Brain tumor/cancer are -

The cause of primary brain tumors is unknown, but people who work with rubber and certain chemicals have a greater-than-average risk of developing them. There is no evidence that head injury causes brain tumors, but researchers are trying to determine the relationship, if any, between brain tumors and viruses, family history, and long-term exposure to electromagnetic fields.

Symptoms do not usually appear until the tumor grows large enough to displace, damage, or destroy delicate brain tissue. When that happens, the patient may experience:

* headaches that become increasingly painful and are most painful when lying down
* nausea and vomiting or sudden attacks of vomiting not accompanied by nausea
* seizures
* dizziness, loss of coordination or balance
* personality changes
* sudden loss of vision
* memory loss
* speech problems
* sensory changes
* mental impairment
* weakness or paralysis on one side of the body

A doctor should be notified whenever a patient experiences one or more of the symptoms.-

No, I have not, but my youngest child did. He started off limping when he walked. Than one day he started drooling and falling. At first the doctors thought maybe a stroke, at age five. When the doctors did an MRI they found a tumor in the ponds region of the brain. They stated that most tumors just start-up, some take a while. Many of them start out with these stroke like symptoms.

My wife had brain tumors with her thyroid cancer. It is painful beyond words and caused her death (one year ago Sept. 5). Good luck to your relative and God bless.

My aunt and my grandfather both had brain cancer..
My aunt kept blacking out. My grandfather started to just act weird...saying weird stuff. Saying he could see strange things, like a clock floating in the air.

I pray for good test results...good luck
