How long until i see results if I walk 3 miles a day, 6 days a week.

Immediately. At the end of 6 days you'll be 18 miles from home.

Seriously, what do you mean by "results"?

If you're talking fitness, 3 miles isn't all that much, so you're not going to be ready for the Olympics anytime soon. If you're talking about weight loss, 18 miles of walking might account for half a pound of fat, assuming you didn't reward yourself with a cupcake afterwards.

It depends on how fast you are walking. If it is a casual walk where your heart beat does not raise and you are not getting a cardio work out as well, then results make take longer to see. If you are walking mildly fast, where you do see an increased heartbeat then results can be see sooner. Immediate results you can expect to see (if you are walking 3 miles consitantly 6 days a week and eating what you should be to keep healthy): Improved breathing and stamina. Muscle tone in your legs and a healthy heartrate. You could see a few lbs lost within a week depending on how well you are eating and how much cardio you are doing with this walk. It really does depend though, there are a lot of factors that are involved. There are immediate results and long term results. Its up to your choices as to when you will see them though.

depends on your diet, if your just starting to work out, but are eatting a little more you wont see any results, if you cut back on how much your eatting you can start to see results in a few weeks you need to cut back 3000 calories to loose 1 pound either by working out more or eatting less, or a combination of both. try going to dailyplate.com and you can keep track of how much you're eatting and how much you're burning

Should be within a week. Three miles six days a week a little much though. Start small or you'll burn yourself out.

jesus christ! not long maybe 2 week or a little over. Thats quite alot of walking in 6 days/a week. It will be a gradual change though. good luck XD

Don't even think about the results. One day you will put something on and it will feel loose. Just think about the exercise. Think about the fun you will have and the people you will meet. The results will surprisingly come.

It will take two to three weeks for you to feel the results. You'll also need to cut your food intake to notice weight loss. Walking alone will be insufficient.
