If you have a degree in marketing than you know that it is in the company's best interest to get employees for as cheap as possible, and sell their service for the most.You agreed to work for what you are being paid.
Ask for a raise, and cite your work for them in comparison to other positions at other firms. If you don't get it, look for something else. There is nothing wrong with what either of you do about it.

I don't know ,why don't u ask your employer and see what the deal is.You might have to move on to a higher paying job because your at a starting salary.The job market is the best its been in years so move fast.GOOD LUCK
