Well as a Christian, I think if the worst thing that happened to me was disrespect I would have a good life. I think people can handle disrespect. It's a very trivial thing to deal with when you consider what some have to put up with. I think Christians also need to be concerned with what comes out of their mouth. It goes both ways.

The only people who are disrespectful to Christians are those who do not believe there is a God or a Judgment. So no, they are not afraid. Personally, I feel that if you need a threat of punishment to behave well, you are not a very good person. We should behave well because it makes for a more civilized society, which is what we need.

Judgement is not a uniquely Christian concept. On every continent there is some allegory of an end-of-days or judgement scenario in which mankind will be severely punished by a series of global cataclysms, which will culminate in each individual giving an account of his life. And NO, the vass majority of people on Earth are not concerned with judgement as it was written they thry would NOT be, during this time.

Why are "some" Christians disrespectful to others!?

Non-Christians are NOT the only ones who will have to answer to God at the judgement...

Hypocritical Christians will have to answer to God as well.

Your Father did not promise Christians a rose garden. The heathens will always rage and babble. But what will they do when Christ returns? All knees, even heathen babblers, will bow to the LORD of Lords and the KING of Kings, Christ Jesus.

Hallelujah!

People should be respectful to everyone. It is not only a Christian thing. Peace

You realize that there are people who don't share your religious beliefs so the idea of answering to your God at judgement is not an issue?

People will respect Christians and their beliefs if Christians respect other people and their beliefs.

I know I'm not.

But I'd imagine you're mistaking disagreement for disrespect anyway.

the fact that nothing is sacred is proof we are in the last days Jesus spoke of (mockers, haters of good, disrespectful, etc)
