Something to do in NYC this Thursday (9/6/07)?

I got a hot date this Thursday and am looking for something fun to do in New York (preferably in Manhattan but willing to go to Brooklyn) for Thursday. This is our first date so I want it fun and laid back, but maybe unique. Does anyone have any ideas of something going on this Thursday that could be fun? PLEASE HELP!!!!! Thanks!

Fella, New York is fun 24/7.Go to the Village and get some fun in caffes or restaurants or disco places. Look around, the Big Apple is full of fun.
