is there any way that would make her legal? what happend if we have a baby? can we get married in ireland?

Get married so that the child born will be legitimate.

No, Ireland did away with citizenship by birth back in 2005 I believe.
The Irish people voted it down by 80% to 20%.
I daresay that that figure would be higher than that if U.S. Citizens had a chance to vote on it.
Both parents have to be in Ireland Legally for a child to get Irish Citizenship.
I have dual US/Irish citizenship as my grandparents were from Donegal not too far from where "Enya" comes from.

I had a friend who married a foreigner just to helping get his legal papers and then he kicked her derriere. So, think about it first before you do something you might regret. I know love makes you think that you can save people from their problems but you and I or anyone are no savors, so it's your choice!! Good luck!!
