Why..."aside from consulting a vet"
you SHOULD consult a vet!

If you miss the old him so much, do the right thing and get him to the VET!!

Trembling and tremoring occur in small breed dogs with reasonable frequency. Despite this,
there is not much information that I can find on the possible causes of this problem. There is at
least one case report of a shih tzu who was suspected to have small dog shaker syndrome. This
is a tremor disorder that occurs mostly in small white dogs for reasons that are not clear at this
time. It is reported to respond to prednisone or other corticosteroid therapy in many instances.
If the problem is responsive to corticosteroids it is usually necessary to use them for several
months and then to slowly wean the patient off of them and recurrences seem to be pretty
common.

Pain can cause tremoring or trembling and is a consideration whenever a disc injury or spinal
injury is suspected. If this is the case pain relievers should at least help some.

Neurologic, muscular and skeletal problems sometimes lead to trembling. We see this in
conjunction with hip dysplasia (joint pain) and with degenerative myelopathy (decreased nerve
function). These particular disorders probably aren't likely in your dog but there are others that
are less common that can lead to trembling.

If the medications used so far have not helped and the trembling continues it might be worth
trying a corticosteroid, if your vet feels that there won't be a detrimental effect on any other
problems still present.

Go to the vet now. Our dog got symptoms similar to yours but with some others that very different, she had to see the vet twice a week for months and almost died. Don't put it off go see the vet before he's too ill!

If he "front heavy" in his stance and walk putting most of his weight on his front legs. And does he have any littermates taht are perfectly healthy?

There is a disease group labeled either cerebellar abiotrophy or cerebellar ataxia. It is where parts of the brain literally die or don't form properly and there are "holes" in the brain tissue. Puppies are fine and this suddenly devlops always before the 18mo age mark. It is fatal and there are no treatments. You should see your vet to see if your dog has a treatable condition or even if euthanasia would be kinder.

I'm so sorry your baby is sick.

You should take him to a vet immediately because it can be anything. A bacterial, a viral disease or poisoning so only a vet can help you with a proper examination.
Since he vomits and has diarrhea you should offer plenty of clean water to him. Do not force him to drink. Try keep him warm.
If he is not vaccinated it may be Distemper but there is no treatment you can do by yourself without taking him to a vet and get the correct diagnose.

Good luck

you need to get him to the vet NOW!!!!!...especially if you have other dogs in the area sounds like what my puppy went through at 10 weeks old and he had PARVO!!! it is life threating and one of our puppies is at the vets because she can shake it....she is getting better but its been a week since they have had her on IVs and giving her shots to stop vommiting and having diareha...we caught the male in time and stayed up with him to make sure he stayed hydrated...that is pretty much all you can do to fight it...they will sometimes give antibiotics but keeping your dog hydrated is number one....it might not even be parvo but have simmilar symptons... i wouldn't take the chance....go to the vet NOW!!!!!!!!

If you love your dog take it to a Vet. it sounds like a very serious disease.

No one can tell you what is wrong withyour dog with out doing an exam and blood work to see what is wrong and how to treat it.

Please Please take it to a Vet.

IF he is dizzy then he is sick...No one gets dizzy for NO reason!!!

There are many problems that could cause this, most very serious. Take him to the vet immediately, it could be poisoning or something else very dangerous.
