My husband works construction and has got dirt all in the carpet that will not come out. Any ideas to help?

Ok get a scrub a good thick one with a handle is good ore one without a handle whichever one ok then get a plastic container to fit the scrub in then pour a little water in the container and pour a little tide or whatever detergent u use that's what i do when the dogs poop gets in the carpet

Well for starters have your husband take his clothes off in an easy location.. Mudroom, basement or hell even the garage if it's attached.. Or at the very,very least take his shoes off to NOT track dirt into the house... That's a no brainer ! Vacuum everday and once a week use baking soda on the carpets it will attract loose ground in dirt as well as deodorize the carpeting.. You may still have to 2x a yr. spring for professional carpet cleaning or rent a steamer but, first things first have your husband undress and take his work clothes off in a central location and store his shoes out of the main living area.... I have cream carpet and a two year old boy...do the math...
we thought we had to replace the carpet, it had every kind of stain you could think of and black circles?? As a last resort I rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot, it was only $25 for 24 hrs + cleaning solutions I bought 2 bottles and did the whole house (under $50 total). The carpet literally looks brand new, I was shocked.

They rent out steam cleaners at most grocery stores. I would suggest renting one (they usually come for twenty four hours at twenty dollars) and investing in the rug doctor solution. If you go slowly over your carpets that steam cleaner will get anything out. It will also freshen up the smell of your house and make your carpet look new again.

hey dear u have two options
1st when u husband come home with dirty clothes u must take him into washroom and wash his cloths and then allow him to go on carpet
2nd use vakume clener its good for carpet.coz if u wash uar carpet with ditergent then uar carpet is not get realy shine.
so now
use vakumcleaner

If you cleaned your carpet and it did not help, and/or sometimes if you do that, your carpet will not stay clean long, consider laminate, bamboo, wood or tile floors...they are much easier to look after
