Ugh...
Smoking is worse than you think.
So many deaths from cancer, inability to enjoy sex (because smoking clogs the arteries in the privates), coughing, hoarse voice, wrinkles, loss of teeth (smoking kills the gums).
The best thing I have ever seen is Chantix (a new medication).
When you use this - it takes away the desire to smoke.
You would need to see a doctor to get this prescription.

If you really want to stop, then you can. If it's not a chemical addiction, which it isn't, there will be no withdraw, other than this: You have a control, but when you get high, the control goes up higher. So when you lose your high, you are under the control, therefore you become depressed, or saddened by your lack of high. Make sense? Well, chap, don't be like my brothers. Don't be like your family. Weed will ruin your life if your shi t isn't together.

Find a good reason to quit. Maybe you have a younger sibling you want to be a good role model for, or you'd hate to see the disappointment in your Grandma's eyes if she found out you're smoking.
While quitting -- ask your parents to get you the patch (unfortunately you can't buy those unless you're 18 either) -- even if they don't know you smoke I'm certain they'll be supportive (and only angry at first) in helping you quit. Chew on straws and suck on hard candies. Find something to keep your hands busy (crafts, games, typing, writing, etc).
Good Luck! You can do it if you set your mind to it.

you started smoking since you didn't get enough attention from ur parents , rt? ( in any ...way )
But now u r 13 , you are not MATURE ENOUGH , but the fact that you aasked this question when most 13 year olds would " NOT " is amazing
so i think you can quit it , just think of your face getting all wrinkles your teeth filled with cavities and everything when you get to College , and you will stop smoking automatically
all you need is to get some motivation and prove to those people who didn't trust you that , it doesn't matter what they think
all that matter is What You Think , And you think you are the best don't you ? ..
bye good luck and loong live.
:)

First, talk with your parents. Second, see your doctor and ask about ways to stop smoking. Third, call the American Cancer Society, the Lung Association or some other group. for help.
And GOOD LUCK!
