When their head injury affects one of the cranial nerves that controls those functions. It may not be immediate, but if brain swelling occurs after the trauma, any of those things can still happen.

As a person who has suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in late '98, there are no certainties when dealing with the brain. Doctors can give you their medical opinion, but anything is possible and there are no guarantees. The brain has an amazing ability to adapt to change. Different areas of the brain may take over for those areas that have been damaged.

do you mean can a person become deaf or blind from a head injury? it's possible if the injury is severe. i've no idea what dump is.

Excuse me? That didn't really make any sense.

A severe enough head injury (brain injury) can cause blindness, deafness, and/or loss of speech (that's "dumb" not dump).

It depends on how bad it is if the brain swells it could be mintes or if it swells slow days
