Right now I was doing every hour or two but I think I miss it every time because she would always have pee in her pull up most of the time.
Can anyone help me out or give me some advice?
By the way my daughter is 2 and half years old.

She actually doesn't drink that much, she sometimes has something after lunch or supper, I usually just give her a drink of mine after breakfast. Also before she goes to bed at night I usually give her some milk. (The milk is usually about an half an hour before she actually lays down for bed)

I took my daughter every 30-45 minutes. Even if she says she doesn't have to go, I'd make her at least try to go.

Encourage her to drink a bit more at a time, maybe offering her favorite drink, like juice watered down just a bit, so that she'll drink quite a bit, and then wait 10-15 minutes after she finished drinking before stating (not asking) that it's "potty time". I would say to take her after every meal and then at least once or twice between meals, too. If she's able to understand the need to go, ask every so often to see if she feels the need to go. But also set aside regular times to go, like before bath/bedtime and soon after meals to help encourage her to try. If nothing happens, say "it's okay, you did a great job trying, you are doing good working on being a big girl, we'll keep trying cause sometimes you just don't have any pee-pee or poo-poo". Lots of praise and positive reinforcement on all the times she sits on the potty and tries, especially when she succeeds.

I teach preschool and potty training is a big part of my day. I generally have the kids go every two hours and the ones who are getting older (3 to 3 1/2) every hour or half an hour depending on how often they are wet. I would hold off on the big girl underwear until she is staying dry most of the time (especially if you have a lot of carpeting). How often she should try depends on how much she has to drink.

put her in panties first off save pull ups for when out as pottys are often few and far between. and for naps and bedtimes
then take her once an our every hour
charts and rewards help
one thing that really worked for me was keeping a journal
each morning i wrote down the date and whether he was dry or not. i started this while he was still in pull ups. write down the times she goes whether in her pants or on the potty
at the end of the day count up and write at the bottom your number of wet pants.
the next day work to make the number lower
real underwear work a lot better as they allow the child to feel wet and uncomfortable. when she wets make her change her clothes and show her where she is supposed to go, good luck
once an hour every hour works

With my daughter, I felt like I was in a trap -- she did not want to use the potty and she was scared of the toilet. What worked for her is The Potty Stool http://www.thepottystool.com This stool makes any toilet kid- sized. She could safely get right to the toilet on her own and she really wanted to be independent. I like that this stool cuts potty training in half by eliminating the potty chair. This stool really made the difference for my kids. Hope this helps.

I took my daughter every hour on the hour and also when I had to go. I'd sit on the toilet while she did, every hour. And I'd give her her favourite book to read while she sat there. Sometimes I'd sit there for 10-15 minutes. But eventually (within days) she was running to the potty herself and going.

Your child isnt going to pee every hour. So I suggest, when she first wakes up...after she eats...and before you get in the car...and as soon as you get back.

It helps if she knows when she has to go. Try taking her in with you. say something like "mommy has to go" then make a big deal out of it and clap when your done or something. I know it sounds silly, but she'll see you doing it and know it's ok, and if you make a big deal out of it afterward she's going to want to be in the limelight too, so make a really big deal out of it when she drags you into the bathroom when she has too go.
