A bit of background about the job. It's a business analyst graduate/entry level position. The job starts Feb next year and I applied 3 weeks ago and was interviewed last Wednesday. However they reloaded the job add last Friday and I rang them on Monday to ask whether this means my interview did not go so well and they said that the reloading of add just means that Friday was the closing date and they wanted to get as many applicants as they can

Now I already emailed the interviewer and thanked her for her time after the interview and she said "no problem we will be in touch with you in next few weeks". Considering they are looking for more applicants should I email them again and briefly re-state my interest in the job and some of my skills? If so what words should I use? I was thinking of making up a question but I can't think of one that hasn't been answered.

Should I email again? what words should I use so that it doesn't come out as desperate comments thats bothering them?

E-mails are too impersonal.. I would re-state your interest in the job and send her a personal letter/postcard.. Thanking her again for her time and that you are looking forward to hearing from her soon. If nothing else you will be remembered and even if you don't get the position you interviewed for, there might be something else in the company for you.. Good luck

If the interviewer said that they would be in touch in a 'few weeks' then, I wouldn't email until a couple of weeks have gone by.

When you do write, you can let them know you are still interested, still available, and then bring up something that you or the interviewer said in the interview (to refresh THEIR memory)

Being patient is tough - good luck to you.

Leave them alone and move on to your next job opportunity/interview. You have made contact and thanked them and interviewed, and thanked them again. Best advice is to move on. If they are not going to be hiring for several months, please realize that they will be doing second interviews soon. If you don't hear back from them by the end of this week...move on. This is the best advice and keeps one from sounding 'desparate'. Besides, there is always the chance that the person who interviewed you may be 'out' the door!

Stop the emails. Either call them or write a note restating your interest in the position and why you think you would be the perfect fit for the position.

No. Don't nag them. They will think that you have personality problems. You know that they are considering you. Now all you can do is wait.
