the directions for protein powers say water milk or juice-coke has way to much sugar. your kinda defeating the purpose of trying to be healthy by mixing the two. My advice-get a cup of ice, water (about a cup) blender, protein powder and add either fruit or p-nut butter and blend!

You can mix it whatever you want, but soda is not two healthy and you could giver yourself a stomach ache with the carbons. Most people I know who take it use Milk. I guess your trying to make it taste like a soda float?!? Maybe switch it up every often.

I tried that, it tasted horrible! The coke was flat, and very thick. Yuck.
