Who told you almond oil was good for memory? I don't think anything one can eat enhances or slows memory. I have heard that eating fish is good for the brain but this is just "an old wives tale." All food consist of the same things , Carbohydrate, Lipids, Protein, Vitamins, Minerals and flavors and are broken down into these simple things in the stomach and bowels. Science does not even understand yet how memories are stored in the brain so how can they know what enhances storage?

Good luck, good health, peace and love!
