Is there any safe regular exercise that can tone up my triceps? im 22 years old but im not the type of guy who likes to go to the gym.

go to the store and get you some dumb bells.

Push-ups like the following will definately tone the triceps.

Dips will also tone the triceps. Do at least 3 sets of as many as you can - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/2002/benchdips2.jpg

Personally I'd put my hands just a little further behind my back just to further emphasize working the triceps. If you don't have a bench use something else. Just make sure it won't tip over on you.

Push-ups (Close-grip), and bench dips (put your feet up on something, and your hands on a bench. Then just dip.)
