only armchair theologians really understand science, obviously.

Because 1% of scientists pretend that science proves God's existence, because they happen to be religious nutters.

Science doesnt touch the concept of God, so it doesnt confirm it nor deny it. The people who try to prove God by science are trying to hammer a nail with a screwdriver.

First of all, the existence of God has never, and never will be, proven by science.
Secondly, way more that 99% of scientists believe in God, and probably is a lot more similar to the general population than you think. Thanks.

vital population statistics show very clearly that people with higher education tend to be less religious.
Scientists are usually the most educated of people, so the average percentage of religious people among scientists is clearly lower than the average in the general population.
however, this is statistical data and there are some religious scientists to be found.

Scientist haven't seen God, so they need to prove somehow our existance. So they come up with what ever that might make since, instead of what the truth is. GOD..

scientists proved the existance of god? uh, how, exactly?

did an old man wearing a sweater with a big G on it show up at the White House? no...

I guess scientists will have to stick to those pesky procedures... evidence, data, an open mind... all that crap

Science can't even produce a medication without it causing four to five other side affects.. let alone prove or disprove God.

Because science has NEVER been able to prove God's existance. I'd question your source of information, and study the self-bias that source would have in telling you othewise.

Depends on one's definition of "God", I suppose. I've never subscribed to the image of the judgmental, voyeuristic old guy with the spinach on his chin - but I can't deny LIfe exists.

ARRRrrrrr, lad - now pass me that 'err flagon o' grog and maybe I'll low'r me topsails fer ye ! :)
