There is another world besides this material world of which we have only limited experience.
Bhagavad-gitä describes most perfectly the concept of matter and antimatter in terms of two forms of energy. Matter is an energy which creates the material world, and the same energy, in its superior form, also creates the antimaterial, the spiritual world. Before the big bang, God is there, in His own spiritual planet of the spiritual world.
The material world(or big bang) is like the cloud which appear in the clear sky. The material universes are assembled in some corner of the vast, unlimited spiritual sky. This material part is only an insignificant portion of the whole spiritual sky.
Lord Väsudeva, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, by one of His plenary parts expands Himself all over the material world, and His existence can be perceived even within the atomic energy. Matter, antimatter, proton, neutron, etc., are all different effects of the Paramätmä feature of the Lord.

Thats a good question , as many people have differing ideas.
Some think he is on Earth , some heaven , some in our hearts , some say he is everywhere.
But according to the Bible the truth of the matter is very clear , and that is he is a spirit being and he lives in the heavens.
The heavens are not our literal sky.
The spirit real doesn't have any physical attributes to it.
In other words , the spirit realm is not in our material world.
I know its a difficult concept to think about as we have very little way to liken it to something else.
The creation account says that God created all things.
Initially that would have included what we call time and space., then matter and from these building blocks our universe and all in it was formed.
The Bible also says that while God does know time , it is not as we know it.
What I am saying is that his reality is completely different in structure to our reality.
As we are fleshly humans it is doubtful that we will ever be able to understand fully what it is like., rather much like describing how electricity works to an ant.
Nevertheless , it does exist and so does God, who is in the heavens.

What makes the Judeo-Christitan faith (and its story of creation) different from any of the other religions is that the book of Genesis places God outside of time and space.
All other theories on the origin of the universe place the origin within the universe. Everything was made from the body of a previous "god", or everything came from "nothing" (your "zero") and then expanded to everything.
The Bible claims that God existed outside of, and before, both time and space. It claims that God is a spirit, rather then a physical being. As such, he is not subject to the laws of time, space, and physics. It exist in no physically discernable place, nor could he have a beginning - as they would place him under "time".
Too often we think of God as being found with nature and the universe as if he is one part of it. The Bible teaches a God who is bigger then then the universe, and that the universe exist as only one small part of God.
The universe did have a beginning point - whether you want to call it a "Big Bang" or a moment of creation. Before that happened, God was already in existence. According to the Bible he was the cause of it happening. If the universe where to vanish tomorrow. God would still be there. He exist outside of the both time and space.

Well the big bang theory is not a part of God, he just created them. Scientist are the ones who made that theory up and once again it is changing just like any other evolutionist theory. Atleast God stays the same he will always love you.

How old are you?
Did you ever read your Bible? Or you probably don't believe. God lives in Heaven, that's His home. The Big Bang Theory, is not of God, hence the word "theory".

I think you have an inadaquate image of God. God is not some invisible creature sitting outside of the Universe, but it is rather the very fact of existence, since the idea of nothingness is absurd. So God's nature is expressed through the underlying unity of nature, the relatively simple principles from which beautiful and complex ramifications flow. If I were to define God, I would choose "The Universe understood in all of its depths" or "The only reality of existence". In fact, I don't divide the reality into "spiritual reality" and "physical reality", for me there's only One reality. Scientists call it "the Universe", for philosophers it is Existence, and religious people see it as God.

IF you want something coming directly from the Bible, you'll find it in the LAST LINE of the following passage:
* * * * * * *
"22The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
23I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
24When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.
25Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:
26While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
27When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
28When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
29When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
30Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
31Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men..."
--Proverbs 8:22-31
* * * * * * *
Peace be with you.
