The largest is the 747-400. They are in works on a newer version with a longer upper deck called, I believe, a 747-8.

The Largest Boeing plane is the 747-400LCF. (Large Cargo Freighter.) It is used to transport parts of the all new 787 Dreamliner. Google the pictures of the LCF and you'll see why this Giant is the biggest.
