I used organic chicken breasts stuffed with cooked locally made apple wood smoked bacon and finely grated Swiss cheese. I spread Dijon mustard on the skins, and sprinkled on some dried Tarragon.
Baked until the internal temp. was 185 degrees F
in a 400 degree preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
Served with saffron rice and crudities.
We couldn't eat dessert.

I made a Prime Rib cooked in a covering of eggs, flour and rock salt. Mashed potatoes. Asparagus. The covering baked to a hard crust that took a hammer to crack. the roast was the juiciest and most tender we had ever had.

The last I prepared was japanese food for a kinda private dinner and it was: yakimeshi (fried rice with shrimps, beef and chicken) and the main course was tempura vegetables and shrimps as well as sushi. Dessert was fried ice cream....
Successful evening!

I made chicken parmigiana as the first meal I ever cooked for my family, with stuffed mushrooms and green beans vinaigrette. It was great!
