unfortunitly i believe that it is steriotipical!
the tv networks dont believe that black and white people have relationaships in real life so on tv they represent the two socirtyies as being total oposites! just look at a black comedy show the only white people on them are ignorant, not very good looking and the pun of all the jokes! the same can be said about the white shows!! its simply the way that is expected by society at the moment. i sencerly hope that it will change as i dont think it is helping anyone!

Ok, But if you look at adverts, you are more likely to see mixed race couples portrayed, but I think this is more to do with being "inclusive" than making a statement about the outside world.

It also depends where you live...... Do most of the black people you know have white partners, or do you only notice the ones that do?

there is not any controversy-- vogue magazine and the linked Press went out to fireplace up an argument and it nevertheless hasn't got here approximately! Why could there be controversy whilst Black adult males and white women persons (and visa versa) have been with one yet another for years? i think once you place a photograph on a mag for white teen women, they're meant to be so impressionable that they start up up working after Black adult males? i'm going to declare that it could have been advantageous to ascertain the 1st Black guy on the conceal of vogue in a healthy, with or with out the white woman.

yea i agree with you but i guess the producers just do what ''makes sense''...but i do see a lot of interratial couples these days and i love that! white women and men dont necessarily have to be together! and also racism has a lot to do with it too..you may not believe it but sooo many ppl have issues against ppl other than their race...its just the image of reality

it does seem that way, but mainstream telly is changing for mixed people as couples, partners etc.
its not always the case of colour and white anyways, not nowadays.
