Whats wrong in being a muslim ? a muslim means that A person who have submitted himself to the will of God.

Islam teaches peace. why not become a muslim and bring islam out of crisis?

You are most probably born in a democratic country were faith is barely shown, if you go to an Islamic country(not were the tourists dwell) you will see the face of Islam, its strict rules that are pressured intesely on the population, depending on the country woman and children suffer the most. Woman rights? forget about them , you have a curfew a dress code and chores that have to be done, behave badly and "smack" in the face or death "yes death". Its like prison but you have done nothing wrong but being born with a promise of prosperity and inner peace once dead(nice!)

For some reason Islamic wars are hidden and barely mentioned, genocides and innocent people dead by twenty folds of that of the holocaust.

Btw, I'm against the Iraqi war, muslims are human beings and despite my views on their beliefs I wish no harm upon them, in my belief they are my brothers, sisters that have strayed away from the truth of life .

I don't think someone who oppress another one to be a slave is a good one, If there is God so may be a bad God.
Who need to submit the bad god.
Islam teach arrogant and they alway say God is great or God is almighty. This is a big problem because one who has been arrogant he can not have any progress and not resolve their problem.
If you need to bring Islam out of crisis, so you must leaving Islam.
They will ask them self why people leaving Islam and reduce their arrogant as well as resolve their problem.

In addition one thing that is a problem of Islam that they are divided believer and non-believer. If non-believer convert to them, so they were so proud. this make an arrogant problem.
And if believer lost their believe and need to leave, Islam try punish them, so they are not tell anyone that they leave Islam in afraid of the punish. This lead to arrogant of the muslim and make Islam have too much faker who don't care about Islam.
the best way to get rid of the faker is let them go in safe if they need it.

I understand that people often has arrogant and need their religion to be a great religion that subscribe by many people.
But when we deceit our self, it will make a problem than the little proud that we may receive.

Me becoming a muslim is not going to bring islam out of crises. Besides I wouldn't make a very good muslim. I simply don't believe that the Koran is a revelation from God nor do I believe that Allah is God nor do I believe that Muhammad was a prophet of God. But I do believe in religious freedom. That's more than I can say for most Islamics. Your profile says you live in Saudi Arabia. Try and start a bible study in Saudi Arabia and see what happens. Innocent people are being killed everyday by muslim terrorists. Yet there is a strange silence from the average muslim on the street. When some newspaper in Denmark printed some cartoons in the paper that made fun of Muhammad, there were muslims who rioted in the streets all over the world. In Nigeria, 130 Nigerian christians were slaughtered because of those cartoons in Denmark. They had nothing to do with those cartoons. I doubt if they even knew that those cartoons existed. The people in denmark who printed those cartoons weren't even christian. They were secular. Why aren't muslims out in the streets protesting the muslim terrorists?
Why aren't muslim imans preaching from their pulpits that Muhammad Atta(one of the leaders in the 9/11 catastrophe) is not in heaven with his 72 virgins but the real truth is that he is screaming and wailing in hell right now. Innocent people are being killed everyday all over the world by these muslim terrorists and I hear an eeiry strange silence from the average muslim on the street. It's no wonder that the rest of the world thinks that they either don't care or they support the terrorists.

There is a lot of ignorance in the world. I have seen from some of the responses that some people are quoting Quranic verses out of context, some of this is done out of ignorance and some people do it on purpose because they despise Islam. Allah makes a person Muslim. When a person is deaf, dumb and blind there is nothing another person can do to enlighten them. Some people are sincerely seeking answers and will come to Islam, because it is the will of Allah. No matter what, people will believe what they want to believe. The best thing you can do is ask Allah for guidance, you do not have the power to guide others to Islam, though you can set an example for those with an open heart. If Islam is for them they will come.

What is wrong? I will tell you, Jesus went to the hills to teach about God, Jesus went to the public parks to teach about God, even when there were tabernacles, there is no one version of the story that tells he was teaching as member of the tabernacle.

So Jesus had no intention of creating a Religion nor an earthly church, but he wanted that we are one with God by putting his words in our hearts.

So how is that similar to following earthly religions of any kind? Earthly religions are in the world and belong to the world. every organized religion becomes compromised, and dogmatic, manipulative, and ends up being used by people with an agenda.

Where is the justice shown by the rich and wealthy Muslim? do not they ignore the poor Muslims? use them, abuse them?

Have not the Catholics done the same? same as all other denominations, even Evangelists make money on prophecy sales? on "you are saved tags?" With due respects for your beliefs: Did not the Islam Prophet made a great kingdom out of his drive? Kingdom which only served the wealthy and the Hamas?

Only non-denomination Christians are one the God. These are the ones that never laid with women. They are considered clean, and together they form the Spiritual Bride for the Lamb.

They are hated by the world, because they are not from the world. They denounce injustice wherever they see it and follow only the Lamb.

So what is wrong with a Muslim? the same that is wrong with all the other earthly religions. They can not see the truth.

Dear Acid there is no wrong with Islam and muslims as a good followers.Some people said that muslims are terrorist.I think it is wrong.Muslim terrorist is so small In general most muslims love peace.There are also some terrorists in other religion followers .I think now the biggest terrorist is Mr Bush.
Islam since the beginning up to now is spread out by peace and not by swords no force in Islam.Muslims everywhere are deffensive.We involved in the war if we are attacked by other We are not offensive because we do love peace.We should love and help each other..

i do not or ever have had a problem with Muslims or Islam as a whole but i could never forgive those who call themselves Muslims and carry out acts of terrorism in the name of Allah!.. I have many good close friends who are Muslim and i can trust them fully a few even so much as having them take care of my children but i feel it is the moderate Muslims role to name and shame those deep within the faith who are trying to blacken the cause you are all striving towards of a peaceful life

I agree with you wholehardedly. We need to reform ourselves. Increase knowledge of deen. Make it a big deal when children are small so that when they are older it is a big deal. Education, Education, Education. Live Islam so the children have good examples. Teach Islam so that the children understand. And realize that perhaps all of the negativity that has been cast on the Ummah could be perhaps Allahs way of putting us in a position to turn to Him instead of fighting everything else when in fact it is He who allows it and only He who can stop it if only we all turn to Him and stop being disobedient and giving power to and fearing those who will one day die like us. Action is very important but the right action is even better. I believe that we are being punished as Muslims collectively, and allah has perhaps allowed our enemies power over us, because of this disobedience. You cannot believe he controls the good and bad if you do not recognize this also. We need to practice Islam as we truly believe that it is the only way to success. As-Salaamu Alaikum

not everyone wants to become a muslim and it is very silly to try and convert people islam is in crisis becouse of muslims either being bigoted in one form or another or not standing up united against the first type ive read the koran and to be honest although some parts are peacefull their is allot of it about violance or allowing bigotry, and their are other bits that are open to interpretation in a bad way due to other parts.
if you want to be a muslim fine but dont expect others to join you becouse you want to save a religion that has been used to kill, abuse and opress since conception

Why Muslims insist on saying that Islam is a religion of peace beats me, they are so brainwashed it's unreal. Just look around the world & name an Islamic republic that doesn't preach hatred, even to other types of Muslims.
