I looked for answers on here and researched about mold and all I've figured out is that I can keep mold away by keeping it away from oxygen or by putting the food in the fridge. I made blueberry muffins, so I really don't want them cold. Any help?

Freeze your muffins and take out the amount you intend to eat at one time. Let them come to room temperature and then nuke them for about 15 seconds to heat.
