Noodle shop?

I'd like to open a noodle shop, the take away type. I can't cook, so, what I want to know is how I can learn to cook this type of food, and produce the goods? What do I need to do to get started in this business? I live in Australia

Yikes! A noodle shop! As in the Vietnamese variety? Before you delve any further into this adventure, you need to figure out what your product is and then do some research into what is needed. I'm thinking that you should take some classes in cooking, catering, and restaurant management before you find investors.
