the picture shows dolphins, not dolphinfish (aka mahi-mahi)

If you are referring to the Flipper variety of dolphin, then don't eat it! If you are talking about Mahi Mahi, which is a distant relative, then you're going to want to eat the "wild caught" instead of the farm raised in order to avoid the mercury-chemical induced fish.
