Are there not more important issues than simply believing in his existance? Is this not a waste of faith?

It's different for everyone. I don't have to wonder if He exists, my issues are elsewhere. I love God, so I've gone way past the 'wondering if He exists' stage.

A more important one for me? How about, being able to see the spiritual things. It might drive me mad to see it, but I want it anyway.

What's the promise that I would depend on Him for that kind of thing?
4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
(Psalm 37)

And that's how it works. In order for there to be an expectation that God will do something, you have to find a promise that He has delievered. Then you trust Him for it.

? you are kidding - right.?

If God does not exist, then there is no faith, its all bullsh-it, get it, you would have no faith, because there would be nothing to have faith in?

welcome to Atheism...it is not a religion; it is the awareness that all religions are somewhat redundant and antiquated.

We are not defending a faith - we do not have or see a need to have a faith - but simply acknowledging the facts that science has unearthed, and accepting the theories as better arguments for the gaps within our knowledge than the ancient scripts propose.

I would not attack anybody who has a declared faith, but I simply believe in one less god than you do, so if you can justify the reasons that you do not believe in another god, then it should be simple to see why I do not believe in your god.

however, if you have a blind faith in the gospels, then you will not be able to step to one side and examine your faith with an unbiased mind. Blind faith is pivotal on the acceptance of God's existence.

If you doubt that core 'truth' then you are an agnostic, and have not made up your mind, thus you may be able to examine your faith from an unbiased view point?

Good luck whith whatever you discover?

If you don’t know Who or what is there, how can you acknowledge it?

But don't worry none, if you are not supposed to see Him then He is blinding your eyes from seeing Him.

No one can question God, nor even describe Him with the spoken word.

But, if you have "Faith" even the size of a mustard seed, it's that "Faith" that will save you through His UN-merited Grace.

Faith, Hope and Love, which is the greatest because our God is a God of Love/Charity. Thank You Lord Jesus!

When we see the creation around there, there is evidence of God's existence.

For eg. when I dint know much about His existence, I many times thought how I can into being. Once I heard a pastor tell, if nose were accidently created upside down, then when it rains water will go inside. So someone has created it in order with intelligence. Even in genesis we see that God created it in order. Like he created light, sperated land and water and them made plants for photosysthesis, then he made birds and animals, so that they can eat of plants and he made man last, so that he can have everything.
In romans 1:12
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

All the more than that, I felt God's guidance and here's I have written in brief,

Even though my faith has been small and wavering when I believed and let go of myself in His hands, he led me to have faith in Him.

I'm going to second "You're kidding right ?"
Just out perverse curiosity could you tell us all what could be more important then whether or not he actually exists or at the very least existed ?
If he does then the atheists have no cause
If he doesn't then the Christians have no cause
I'll hang up and wait for your answer
