No, there is not any longer a ferry, yet there are curiously cruise boats between Quebec and Kingston. attempt St Lawrence Cruise traces website. Be waiting for decal marvel, this is not any longer much lower priced. i could no longer locate any, besides the fact that this is possible that there could be freighters which will take passengers from the excellent Lakes provided that many ocean going vessels holiday in the process the Lakes, and there are freighters that take passengers on transatlantic routes. i could placed the question into the arms of a trip agent.
