So i just like slowly started eating less junk food and fast food and my weight just trickled down. Is it healthy though?

There is certainly nothing wrong with these results. It makes sense. Healthy weight loss is supposed to be about 1-2 lbs per week and 13 lbs definitely falls into that category. Cutting out junk food definitely is what did it for you and it is totally healthy.

You shouldn't eat junk food at all if you can help it. As long as you're eating healthy foods in place of the junk food instead of simply starving yourself it would be one of the best ways of losing weight.

Wantshy is totally right - its the perfect way to lose weight!!

I quit the junk food a week ago today - looks like 7 lbs disappeared = YAY!!!!!

Yes but you need to do it for life. If you then start eating bad things again you may become heavier than ever. See site below with lots of advice on losing weight and staying thin for life.
