She needs to use something to exfoliate. Tell her to try a Buff-puff or loofah sponge. She can also use something with benzoyl peroxide in the morning and then salicylic acid at night: she can get these products at the pharmacy and they help with body acne.

Visiting a Dermatologist is the best she can do. To begin with, he will examine in every possible way to find out the root cause of these pimples on the buttocks. The doctor is an expert and she can rely on him for a remedy. Give up on the creams, soaps, or other fad treatments and pay a visit to a doctor today.
Besides that, there are many other options that she can aim. It may sound obnoxious, but the fact is that soap, laundry detergent, or other beauty products can lead to skin inflammation. You wear clothes and perspiration is inevitable. Make sure that she washes her body using hypoallergenic soap following workout because accumulation of sweat and dirt can inflict pimples.
Now, ill-fitting underwear can be good enough reason for butt acne. Similarly, artificial fibers, like polyester or nylon do no good to your skin other than friction, giving way to pimples. Instead, she must indulge in wearing absorbent material and natural fibers.
Squeezing the butt pimples is something she can do without. All you need to do is cleansing the butt area 2-3 times a day but of course with an odorless soap or a specific acne cleanser that has no harsh chemicals whatsoever. An ointment rich in benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid is ideal for drying up butt acne. And much beyond that, maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water to do away with pimples.
Hope it helps :)

scrub twice a week wid warm water and a body scrub and then apply thick moisturizing lotion or cream.use loofahs wid a body wash like the tea tree body wash from body shop and use daily on the butt area in circular motions.alternatively can use a gel to reduce the pimples like "ampule".

Exfoliation (I suggest the Buffy bar from Lush cosmetics). Also, glycolic acid can work well, as can using topical acne treatments.
What kind of underwear does she wear? Sometimes, synthetic fabrics can aggravate such conditions. 100% cotton is good.
