i met these 3 girls through my friend when we were going to Safeway to buy food one late night back in the summer.
There was only one girl which i thought was cute and fortunately she was the one that requested me as a friend on myspace and we talked occasionally. We stopped talking for about 2 months now and while i was with the same friend today, she called him and wanted to hang out with us & her friends.
We met again today and i noticed she was staring at me frequently and i gave her the look back. Then we went to watch "Halloween" today and i noticed her friends sat somewhere else but she sat next to me instead. During the movie, we were holding hands during scary & gory parts.
Now i know this sounds like the question has already been answered but I don't know if she really does like me and that i should try to ask her out. She left me a myspace comment today but she deleted it before i could read it for some odd reason.
Any way to find out for sure without being so direct?

1)Take the chance and ask her out. If she winds up not wanting to go don't sweat it, she sent out all the wrong singles for someone who didn't want to be picked up.
2) Holding hands is a sign of affection. You can make out with anyone you randomly meet at a party but would you hold someone's hand all night for shits and giggles?
3) The whole myspace comment could be that she wanted to say something and finally sent you a comment to then have her nerves blow it at last minute and delete it. Trust me it happens more than you think with girls.

Try to arrange for you and your friend to hang out with her and her friends again. When you two manage to get alone time, just let her know you dig her style. Odds are, she will say the same about you.
Then you'll know for sure whether it's okay to ask her out.
Don't hesitate! The worst thing that could happen is you'd get rejected, but hey, I'd rather ask and be rejected than not ask and never have a chance to take things further.

I had a similar case. Just don't tell her that you like her, even if it may seem obvious she likes you too. I told a girl and now, I am suffering. Give her more and more signs, obvious ones but do not tell her. She will know that you like her, but if you tell her, there may be a serious problem. You kow, the feeling like, being insecure. She would stop talking to you in public or something frightening.

She's given you some pretty good hints.
Good gosh. Ask her out. Worse thing that can happen is she says no.
You'll be no worse off if she does. If she says yes have fun with her.
I think she likes you enough that you need to take the next step.

be direct! be brave. if you like that girl and you want to be with her, you must be brave to face her feelings for you. just ask her what she thinks of you. maybe the comment was a confession? just go ask her straight and direct.
