➔ Diet & Fitness
-when you go to school or shopping or places,
(from where you buy chocolates).
when ever you go to buy anything, don't take
extra money with you,
like if you buying lunch for $2. then only take $2.
so that you not going to buy extra things.
-stop drinking carbonated drinks, just drink water
as much as you can.
- try wake up early just do simple stretches,
like torching your right hand to the left toe,
without bending you knees.
-make yourself busy so that you don't thing of food.
- eat every thin on your plate but don't take double
serve.
-*don't go on crash diet it will do more harm.
good luck, happy dieting.

Bless your heart. Well, I was put on a diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, water etc. All I had to do was stay away from fats, like butter, and not eating breads. I lost weight, but was eating like I was eating for two. Give it a try. Cut up mandarin oranges, halve grapes, slice apples into medium thin wedges, add walnuts and a bit of mayo to moisten. Chill over night...its yummy. When you walk, walk faster, breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth, purse your lips together as if you were whistling. This put oxygen into your blood and causes your body to burn calories as well. Walk normal pace one day, faster the next and even faster the next. Change your pace while walking , start slow, speed up then go even faster then reverse your speed. Walk with a friend who is also wanting to lose some weight, Drink flavored water if you don't like plain water. Do not weigh yourself every day, but do weigh yourself at the same time of day or night. Weigh yourself once a week or every two weeks. I lost weight without hurting my body this way. And remember God thinks your beautiful no matter what. Remember Beauty is within, and that's where He looks first. Also remember, after you lose so much weight, you will stop for a while, don't be discouraged, it is just your body protecting you from over dieting. Once it gets used to the new weight and relizes you are not starving it will start to let you lose again. I lost about 60 lbs this way, Stress and a bad marriage put my weight on. I don't know the conversion of kg to lbs but just don't hurt yourself by losing too much. Look at the paintings of the Masters, all the women had padded tummies. a little bit of a swell to them. And they were considerd beautiful. Skin and bones is not healthy. Never let glamor mags mess with your self esteem. You don't have to be a twig to be pretty. Hang in there, I will pray you will be able to lose what is needed to be healthy for you. I gather you live in England or Australia, but I could be wrong there. Take care and let me know how it goes for you in December. : ) Good luck.

I am a lot older than you and my problem has to do with stress. I have tried every possible diet and "magic Cure" available with no results. I have recently found the website of Tom Venuto, a body builder. His theory is a no-nonsense combination of diet and exercise. Maybe you could try it. He has a book called "Burn the fat, feed the muscle". At least he does not sell you any easy-out way, but if you follow his suggestions, you may be able to lose as much weight as you like. www.weightwatchers.com: you'll get good advice. Also try finding a meeting and going: they give you great feedback and encouragement. BTW, you don't need strict limitations: that makes it harder. You need to set realistic goals that you can live with for life.
Try this site too: http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/metric_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
