Call the pediatrician and ask--could be a kid thing--probably ate something you don't know about. This won't be the last time he vomits for no apparent reason.Little kids are always putting fingers in their mouths--and God knows where those hands have been--start washing them once in a while to avoid germs as much as possible--it is a good habit for you too--since you have the kid in your arms and kiss hima lot. germs are passed by close contact. Should put poisons and dangerous stuff out of reach--lock the cabinets and childproof the home

I have 5 kids and it sounds like a bug, or he could have gotten something in his mouth that upset his stomach, kids are all the time putting their hands in their mouths...you can have a bug with no fever, but if it keeps up for one more day, i'd call the doc...
good luck!

give him a small small amount of pepto bismol it will help settle his belly only about a 1/2 or 1tsp. is what i gave my daughter at around his age. it wont hurt him just give a small amount. cuz you dont want him getting dehydrated that very bad. if he doesn't have a fever then i would just make sure he is drinking SMALL amounts of fluids like pedialyte not to much chugging will make it worse

it might just be a virus.

call the doctor if you are worried.

give him clear liquids for a few hours and see if the throwing up stops.
