no - Why would something that millions enjoy be a sin?

Masterbation is not a sin in the same lines as murder or stealing or anything like that.

It is however an unclean act.

God set the rules and guidelines of what is good and appropriate conduct for married and unmarried people.

If we wish to honor and praise God , we must honor and follow the ways he wishes us to act.

Only by being clean can we please God.
Deliberately doing what he dislikes cannot possibly bring blessings or an approved state.

Fortunately through prayer we can get help to deal with these sorts of troubles.

By actively doing what we can to stop practicing such a thing and prayer we can succeed.
If we are serious that would of course mean that we don't do things like watch porno or read explicit books.

God will bless us if we truly follow him in truthfulness with all out heart , mind and body.

The church doesn't get to decide which is which, God does.
