I stand 5 feet tall (or short), anywhere from 0 to 3 in pants, and usually S in shirts. Nobody would ever guess I'm 125 pounds. I look at my girlfriends, and I feel bigger than them. I work out 4x a week (no less than 2 hours each session). Is it possible for someone to be big boned but small framed? I'm not W-I-D-E or anything. I'm definitely not frail either...

You can definitely be a combo of both. For example, I have a pretty wide pelvic structure and broad shoulders, but my wrists and ankles are quite small.

On the other hand, you could have a pretty small pelvic structure and narrow shoulders, but have big wrists and ankles.

Also, because of your muscle mass this will make you appear smaller than you weigh because muscle is very dense compared to fat.

its just how you are. people aren't really big boned. its just how your muscles lay on your body frame. you may weigh more because muscle weighs more than fat.

Its all that dense muscle tissue you have.

What are you in training for?
