pretty good question it depends what kide of things she like's um she is going to be over the hills as they say or older than dirt.

Depending upon the relationship with this woman, I would have to consider her interest's and what delight's her! I will be 50 next year and I am not expecting gifts! I would be delighted if those who cared to do something special to mark my birthday (1/2 of a century!) with photos of past times, homemade CD of my favorite song's, love chocolates, take me to my favorite ice cream shop, hot air balloon ride, parachute jump from a plane, how about ticket's to see a great comedy act on broadway together, a concert to enjoy of our favorite group, botux for the buttocks(jk!) massage's side by side after a hot tub soak, ball room dance classes or a gift certificate for belly dance lesson's which is becoming quite popular with my age group! She can dance her way into the next 50 years! That's what I would love to receive!

thats a good question. well my mom is turning 50 also.. it depends on your relationship to her.. earrings/bracelet/necklace will do. something that she could wear..

Always buy gift cards. that way they can buy whatever they want and not get mad at you for getting the wrong thing. just don't be cheap with the gift card.
