in the song saints and sailors by dashboard confessional it says the lyric
"And you smile like a saint
but you curse like a sailor"
and i really want to know what it means to smile like a saint.

Saints are thought to be kind, peaceful people. A saintly smile is a sweet, almost innocent, one. Therefore, it confuses people if you look like a nice, quiet person but then open your mouth and swears flow out.

When you say that someone is saintly, you generally think that he is a fundamentally good person. So it follows that his smile is benign, it makes you feel at ease...
In the lyrics you mentioned, I'm guessing mean that the person in question is two-faced. Even though he gives the impression of being good, his actions (the cursing in this case) prove otherwise.

saint is a person who is the connect to god(Allah) and he has no any desire and very contented person and lead the life of simplicity with out any jealousy
so his smile automatically harmless and with out flattering and many many more
and curse is smilies with sailor because
its very popular tha sailors are famous for their false tale and they can try to trap the person in their own apperciation and they are harmfull and away from the reality there for its a type of decieve and in evil person this quality can be see and it automatically become a curse
