Photoshop help plzzzzzz?

ok i just downloading the free trial where do i find where u can touch up stuff cause everytime i go to tools it says touch up i clock on it and it does nothing

Hover your mouse over the tool until the tool name comes up. Just type the name into the Adobe help system and it will tell you how to use the tool. Many tools require multiple steps.
